NAVIGATION MAP DATA COVERAGE
Kenwood new navigation systems store detailed road data for virtually all of Europe.

The 36 countries (+ Gibraltar) covered include Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, The Czech Republic, Denmark,  Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, The Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, The Republic of Ireland, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, The Vatican City, Ukraine and the UK. Now, you are ready to travel anywhere in Europe!
  



 

 

LANE ASSIST WITH PHOTO JUNCTION VIEW - DNN9250DAB, DNX7250DAB, DNX5250BT and DNX525DAB
This feature guides you to the correct lane for navigation, avoiding confusion on the motorway and multi-lane junctions. For additional assistance, it can even display the road signs on major motorways.


 

 

TRAFFIC AVOIDANCE - TMC
TMC tuner offers real-time traffic information on the GPS map display. The system can also calculate a route to avoid congestion according to the traffic information received. *Subscription required.

 


DESTINATION SEARCH
Just press the “Where To?” key to begin searching for your destination. The six search modes available are:
 

(1) Address (including Postcode search)   (2) Go Home (customised to your home address)
(3) Favourites (your favourite stored locations)   (4) Points of Interest POI's (food, hotels, ATM's etc)
(5) Recently Found (up to 50 previously searched locations)   (6) Intersection (set the destination at junction of 2 major roads)

 

 

POI's (POINTS OF INTEREST)
Besides the standard in the map data included points of interest, Kenwood offers the possibility to add own POI's. These you can download from special websites. Using the POI Loader program (free download from the Garmin website) and a CD-Rom or (micro) SD memory card to upload your POI's.
