As a versatile all-in-one CD receiver, the KR-W8000SCD is designed to stream Internet radio, podcasts, Spotify and Deezer via WLAN and from smartphones or tablets via Bluetooth, but also to play CDs and receive DAB+ radio programs.

In addition to the included IR remote control, the Smart HiFi CD receiver can be operated even more conveniently via smartphone. To do this, either the OKTIV or UNDOK app should be installed on the mobile phone and connected to the CD receiver via WLAN. The main menu of the KR-W8000SCD now appears on the smartphone display and all functions can be conveniently controlled via the mobile phone. The large TFT color display on the CD receiver clearly shows all settings, information about the selected source, title, album, artist as well as station logos or slide show images in excellent resolution.

The integrated digital amplifier with DSP technology has an output power of 2 x 30 watts and turns the smart CD receiver into a powerful player for HiFi speakers. If you want to expand the bass range, there is a woofer output for connecting an active subwoofer. Ten pre-programmed EQ curves and a sound memory for individually adjusting bass and treble are available for sound optimization.

In addition to the solid speaker terminals, analog and digital inputs (optical/coaxial) allow the connection of various players such as TV receivers or games consoles. For vinyl lovers, the phono input (MM) offers the option of connecting a record player directly. USB storage devices with MP3 files can be played via the USB port on the front.
